How do I place an Order?
A good time to place the order is a week before you need it. Cake items and most of the menu items stay fresh through the week. Chocolate strawberries water down within 24 hours. Last-minute orders will have a surcharge of $10. Place your order on our order page or through our instagram.
Do you personalize orders?
All orders can be personalized or can include gift. Share your vision and provide us with a good time frame so we can work our magic. Gifts or cash can be included in our items if provided by the client.
Where do we make pickups?
Pick-ups need to be made within the pick-up hour provided by the client or the vendor. Please respect everyone’s time. Pickups will be from Kew Gardens, NY 11415.
Do you deliver?
Deliveries are not normally made but can be arranged for large orders over $250. Cost of delivery will include time, distance, and tolls.
How should we pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to seal the deal. No payment means no order. Rest has to be paid at the pick-up if possible before pick-up. Sales tax will be included on every transaction.

Can we cancel orders?
Treats are made specificly for you. Materials are purchased to meet your needs, and planning is initated from the minute your order is placed. For this reason all sales are final and deposits are non-refundable. Special circumstances may be considered with resonable explanations. Please confirm orders with us only if you are confident in your decision.
